https://imgur.com/a/qoYG6 she was a single level above me. It wouldn't be so ridiculous if she didn't dodge literally everything and gets speed buffs allowing her to stay on you. There's no reason she needs a dodge with that level of damage. Rework her Riot. It took my entire fed team to bring her down which is also disgusting.
She is designed to kill tanks with high hp since her vitals do max health damage
Black Cleaver + Last Whisper. she had armor pen on top of armor pen on top of her passive which shreds tanks, this should be no surprise.
Honestly, if Fiora does not exist there will be no drawbacks in playing a tank in this meta. She is a neccesary evil at this point.
