Game play is totally different... Just a couple of reasons..

Gangs of trolls in chat attacking people
Insta surrenders, if they don't like their match up
Gangs have an advantage of voice communication and therefore alpha strike lanes as a group one by one... this against a team of random players is impossible to counter..
Carrying is very difficult now

The game play is now biased, how can you match up a team of 5 players with a team of 5 random players, one having 3rd part programs such as teamspeak and the other does not??? are you going to implement in game comms to make it fair??

You might look into the "Solo/Duo" ranked option rather than "Rank Flex"..... Since unless this post was made before they were seperated, but after flex was put in..... (which was what. Almost a year ago?) there has always been this option. Btw, why not in the champ select lobby do something like..... Ohhhh idk..... Post a discord server link in chat? Curse voice link in chat? Teamspeak server link in chat? If people want to join they will. If not oh well.

Then do not bring up stuff about comms, because if you do not want to potentially even the playing field, then why bring it up? I gave you the easy way to "get on their level" with premade teams in FLEX QUEUE (going to reiterate that you are only going to find 5 person premades in flex) and you simply stated that you do not want to talk to weirdos.

Got news for you, im a weirdo, quite a few people i play league with are weirdos, most everyone on league admits to being a weirdo. Guess your the only "normal" one here...... And whats that make you if most everyone else is a weirdo? A weirdo. So try not to talk to yourself too much if you do not want to talk to them :p

talking about flex? soloq only has duo option so a team of 5 players who know eachother is virtually impossible in diamond and below
