Team Builder
Was just checking in to see if the fun game mode was back or if you're all still doing that dynamicQ stuff still. Guessing TB is still gone based on my reads. I'll check in again in another couple months. Kinda miss this game.

I haven't posted in the forums for years, but the terrible choices Riot has made have pushed me to write my opinion. (which they'll never care about, but still..)
I took a break from this game before they removed Team builder, and when I came back to find out they removed it, well, let's just say the game isnt the same anymore.
I've played this game for atleast 5 years and TB was the best thing Riot did after nerfing Xin Zhao's release version. TB was perfect for people who play this game casually. People who have patience to wait for a team that accepted them could potentially play any champion in any role they want and still win just fine. Now instead, we've got this dodge/ban meme on almost every game. It ruins the fun and wastes enormously more time than waiting for a team or someone to fill a missing role. You could even choose to go against the meta with dual top for example.
Before, we could have a team captain kick a troll or flamer.
Before, dodgers didn't hurt the teams much, at worst you had to wait for a new player to fill a role. (Unlike now, when the entire queue is restarted for 9 people just because one guy didn't get the mid he wanted)
Before, most importantly, things WORKED. People didn't whine about Team Builder because the alternative is blindpick or draft, only ranked players/practicers play draft.
I do remember when League was quite new and blind pick was still acceptable, but we have a choice now, so blind pick just feels like a chore and nobody wants to use it.
Riot, if you accidentally read this post, just bring Team Builder back. People waited to fill a role because they wanted that role bad enough to think it was worth waiting for it. Let people wait if they want to wait, those who don't like waiting can just go blind or draft.
