How to play with troll supports?

If anybody knows how to deal with trolls please let me know. My last game I was playing Miss Fortune with a Zyra support. After I did not use heal to attempt to save Zyra because i noticed the Yi behind us. I thought to myself well i might as well as save my heal because Yi is going to kill us both anyways. But sadly because i noticed the Yi and Zyra didn't she flamed really bad and then continued throughout the entire game to steal all of my farm. so I do not know if I did the right thing or not but i sure feel like i did.

You did the right thing. Sadly, there's not much you can do with troll supports other than ask your top laner kindly if you may lane with him for a while. Otherwise, you'll just have to do the best with what you have in bot. :/

Had an MF support stealing all my farm yesterday (purposely using her Q), and baited me out into engages that she then backed out of immediately. Then she told me I was terrible at farming and a bad ADC. People are just mean sometimes.

A little while ago, I had an inting Nami. I main Twitch, and the Nami player wanted to play Twitch support (not sure what Twitch brings as a support, but whatever). So as she ran into the enemy bot lane to int, I just kinda started killing the enemy bot lane. Any time she went in to int, I got a free double kill. I then carried that game.
