New Draft System Ruined it for Me

So I've queued up in the new draft system and I select Support as my primary.

I'm doing this with an ADC main who I play with a lot, so I hoped we could duo lane.

First time I pick Jungle as my Secondary role, and I get Jungle instead of Support. Instead, someone who chose Support as their secondary role was chosen for the role of Support.

The second time I picked Fill as my Secondary role, and I get Top instead of Support. Again, someone who chose Support as their secondary role was chosen for the role.

Is this intended? Team Builder (which guaranteed your best role) was removed in favor of this system, and now I am forced out of playing with my friend?

Try having you go support and bot and your friend going bot and support.

So your just guarenteed the botlane.

Me and a friend did this. It worked.

They already took it out.

It will now say "You need to fill a wider variety of roles" if you do this.

I already tried.
