Cheap Shot
I have a question. Does Miss Fortune's E procs cheap shot ? Opponents get impaired by movement the moment make it rain is cast and can get bonus damage of cheap shot for the remaining of the E duration, isn't it? What do you guys think?

kattzkitti1 votesThe only thing that Miss Fortune needs is for Make It Rain to deal physical damage with an AD ratio. Fix that one single problem, and her kit is pretty much completely flawless.
Sorry, completely misread the question. Thought this was referencing how her ult used to apply her on-hit magic damage. To answer your actual question, it definitely should, if the wording is specifically "impaired" and not "immobilized".
