Junglers Forgetting Smite and a Fix for it

Im sure everyone has had that one jungler on their team that just forgets smite and the chances of winning the game just plummets. Wouldn't a good solution to this be that when you queue for jungle, you automatically have smite put as default. You could have a setting where you get smite in your preferred key (D or F). And even if you for some reason decide "Hey I don't feel like smite today", god help your team but you can still change it. It is an innocuous quality of life change that would save a lot of games that are decided at champ select based on carelessness. Along with this, to my knowledge, this wouldn't even be a hard thing to implement (I could be wrong but even if I am it seems like a decent idea to put in at some point where there is time that can be spent on it)

A different approach. An addition that can't be disabled.

If you start a game without smite, in the jungle position (so only works in draft). An announcer tells you "You're jungle, be sure to check your smite" If you don't have smite after you lock in, the announcer yells at you "HEY MORON! FIX THE SMITE PROBLEM!"

If you still don;t have smite when the timer is out, it auto dodges for you

Shouldn't that apply to every other lane too?

Ignite on mid, heal on bot, exhaust support, tp top lane as main spells for each role.

On an important side note, D stands for Flash.

Smite is the only practically required summoner so no the the rest, but yes d is for flash

but yes d is for flash

Yes

The point is, they could have it set where it remembers the summoner you used the last time you were in a specific lane.

Sometimes you need exhaust mid (vs yasuo) or barrier (vs zed) or teleport.

Most top laners I see these days take ghost+flash or flash+ignite

SO this would cause allot of problems

That's why I said MAIN . . like you'd only then forget to switch from ignite mid to exhaust mid . . which is still not bad at all because ignite is the base spell for that role. Base spells automatically select for each different role.

well there is Unsealed Spellbook allowing you to change on a whim.

I had a "Jungler" MonkeyKing who didn't only forgot summoner 11 . But actually didn't check in the lobby and thought he was top until I went to top too. We still won.
