Skarner Could REALLY Use Some Love Right Now...
Skarner doesn't really suck, but he is only played 1% of the time...
Maybe they should do a small buff or something?
Just make him a little stronger.

I keep saying it.
Let him AA the target of his ult.
All he needs until a larger rework happens.
Don't worry, if Riot is dumb enough to let the Hextech Freezeray rune hit live servers he'll be meta again.
He is very strong. Don't think he needs buffs. Currently sitting at a 71% winrate with him.
My favorite thing about how badly they designed Skarner is that, assuming he's jungling, he needs to pinball back and forth while fighting Red Buff in order to take advantage of both Greenfather's Gift and his Passive since the crystal aura doesn't extend into the bush.
Rework his garbage passive. It's not fundamentally bad but it just feels awful to play Skarner outside of the respective zones.
