That was my thinking too. Why bother asking us? They already know unless they're admitting they don't read the boards. The board community have constantly said what the problems are for the last 12 months and they've done the exact opposite.
It's like selling a car when the brakes don't work then 12 months and numerous accidents and complaints later asking the drivers "Well now, you tell us what you think was wrong with the vehicles, we truly value your opinions even if we can't respond to each one"
