One of my friends from college told me that Riot let players change their account from serves, i was going to spend the 20 bucks, but if i have to wait for it to be free i would i'm just asking if there's a chance during the year.
i play in here in NA i have a ping of 75-80 but if i change to LAN i would be at 20-30. (i'm from Puerto Rico BTW)

the only time they did it for free is if there is a new server going up and it's only free if you transfer to that new server.
