Anyone else been experiencing terrible matchmaking recently?

6 ranked games in a row I have lost now because of feeding lanes. By the 20 minute mark my bot lane is a combined 0-8 or 0-10 with jg also 0-4. I am just at a lose of what to do. I go top and bot and jg feeds enough to lose us the game pre 20mins. Then I decide to go bot and top and jg feed and lose us the game. It is a never ending cycle and at this point is just a joke of bad this game screws me over. It seems nobody at my elo has any game sense. The die in lane and continue to push over and over again dying time after time. I try to tell them to stop and how they should play and they call me shit and mute me. In the last 6 games i've played I have either won the lane or gone even to the point where I draw the enemy jg's attention for most of the early game and yet my team can't do anything off that. I watch the lcs every weekend, both na and eu so I feel confident to say to know a bit about the game and how to play it when winning or losing lane yet teammates never listen. Anyone have any advice how to climb this gold elo hell or am I just perma screwed by riot giving me toxic feeding teammates?
