ELO MMR

Riot really needs to look into how they match everyone up! I'm getting fed up with playing because i get teamed up with other player who are under or above my actual playing capabilities. Basically what I'm getting at is that someone who is unranked should not be getting matched up with silver V's and bronze I's all in the same game. Figure this crap out!
