Veigar's passive needs to be reworked

For some reason this is not self evident, but veigars passive is absolutley broken. If we exclude item passives and accuracy for simplicity, then 20 to 30 Gold translate to roughly 1 AP in itemization. Including the items passives of deathcap for example(a core veigar item), then we easily reach the equivalent of 30 to 45 gold per 1 AP stack. Assuming that veigar can kill about 50% of all minions with his q and using the most generous estimations for gold efficency, veigas passive generates almost twice as much gold as twisted fate's passive, and every second minion suddenly gives twice as much gold as well. The real numbers are undoubtedly higher. And this does not even take into account that this "gold" is stored as constant ap, basically a free second deathcap as 7th item that gives around 300 AP at game end. This insane stat boost, far out of proportion to almost every other passive in the game, results in you getting instakilled from one q + w after 25 minutes. How people are not aware of this insanity is beyond me.

the gold cost of ap is roughly 1 ap = 21 gold. Veigar's passive gives 1 ap per enemy champion hit (which is not all that much TBH) while costing him a pretty hefty chunk of mana especially early game per cast so if you miss your harass on the enemy you then lose extra ap from using that on a minion.

To strategize against this you just you know, pick a champion who can dive him since dodging E is laughably easy. If you did not chose a champ that has a gap closing means you instead can just shove him under tower or freeze your lane near your turret and he becomes an easy gank.

Now lets be honest this passive is worse than say senna's ghost passive which gives something along the lines of 38 gold per. 3 gold per ghost alongside the bonus 1AD (35gold) not to mention the added range/crit which is per 20 ghosts netting something like an extra 24 gold per 20th ghost+ whatever you consider the boosted range's gold value at

TL:DR

Veigar is relatively fine, his abilities cost lots early and if you either freeze the wave near your turret or shove it into his you can either gank him freely when he tries to CS or burn his mana forcing him to try and keep up/secure minions which can also set him behind. There is way more bjorked stuff than veigar
