Champion Balance

I'd like to know why you want to rework (Nerf) Yasuo, which you talked about already, but then keep things like Zac, Cho'Gath, and Draven right where they are. It's a 10 ban system. I don't get 10. It's 5 for each team. I don't get 5. I get 1, and teammates that aren't very bright, or nice either. By the way, that's every game. Anyway, I watched the video on the Head Gameplay guy talking about why you nerfed tank Ekko, and why you nerfed ap Tryndamere, but hello? It seems very hypocritical to just do that, right, and then make this new Zac, and have this Cho'Gath, get tanky, one shot with R every 30 seconds crap. This is an example for instance. Like, another thing you guys did with the recent patch is nerf Dorans ring's passive, which honestly wasn't that big of a deal, and then you nerfed Ivern's E. His shield's base damage. Wtf? Your focus is on that? Ivern is good, amazing actually, but can still be won against. When you have a champion who gets 2,000 health from 1 shotting you by clicking R a couple times, and btw, doesn't die, (Cho'gath) I'd like to ask where your heads are. I see they are in the wrong place.

I think part of the problem i have is their reworks.. Yeah my champ is a victim of this, hopefully Yasuo is still fun and "yasuo" after. I would really encourage Riot to talk to the community more about their expectations with people and also to ask for help. It doesn't make them sound weak, it makes them sound like they actually care. Sure they're going to get some stupid answer like "oh my champ should be able to do this this and this with no draw backs" but then we have people making well thought posts about their champion.

I'm sure Riot takes players feedback, but maybe they just need to do a better job of showcasing it.

As far as their balance.. Idk, ever since the Assassin update ive been triggered. Since the Keystones it feels like most of their balancing is just nerfs.. Like, their entire mastery system is around making a champion playstyle feel unique instead of letting the champion itself do that. I like the new mastery system. Its interesting, but i'm really tired of every top tier champion getting nerfed instead of Riot buffing the weaker ones.

Sorry about my post. It probably "tastes" a little to salty for my liking. I totally agree with you on what you're saying. The whole "Nerf every strong champion" thing is starting to make it seem like it's Riot's only thought. I understand a lot of these super strong champions need to be nerfed, because sometimes a champion is a little too much, but when I see nerfs as little as Ivern's base damage on his E being lowered, that makes a slight difference, usually unnoticeable, and it really didn't do much. Then you have nerfs that come out and hit champions so hard that Riot forgets how to place them back in with all the other champions and eventually puts that champion into the Rework list. Kindred is an example of that I feel like.

Buffing weaker champions is something I see way less, and when I see it, it's the smallest buff possible, that even though it helps, it doesn't change that the champion is now considered "weak". I have a few ideas for balance, but I'll leave it up to Riot. Riot is always given backlash but honestly they do some really good stuff with their game sometimes.

I'm not saying reworks are bad, as the Warwick rework was amazing, and enjoy playing that champion, and others like the Yorick rework only made the champion better and fit in more with the other champions and the game itself. I'd just hate to see to much of a difference in the playstyle of a champion like Yasuo, whom is loved dearly by the people who play him, because I mean, he is fun.

With masteries and Runes, they do add a lot of thought and take more skill to notice the effects of. I like that League takes so much thought to understand every single detail about every game you play and the champions in them. It takes a lot of game knowledge to play the game succesfully, especially in very high elo, like Master and Challenger. That said though, I do think it needs another change, and I guess we'll see what happens in season 8.

These champions got full VGUs, the class updates are garbage.

If cho is able to 1-shot people with r, either he was scripting or he deserves it because he is trash right now.
