jungle being invaded early game making it very hard to get a solid start

sometimes when I play jungle (jg) the enemy jgler will invade but they stay and hide in bushes wait and kill me over and over now I know it could be my fault for chosing a certain champion but people that do this make it very hard to get a fair start and it takes the fun out of the game so I was trying to think of how this issue could be fixed and the best thing I could think of is a ally damage boost inside ally jg against enemy players in ally jg and enemies will take 20% increased damage from ally jg monsters these changes would be limited to the in game time and/ or the jgler level because once an ally jgler gets his/her ultimate it is easier to play fair so level 6 or 10 min into the game the buffs would end also they could have a lesser effect over time making it balanced these changes wont change gameplay early game very much the whole goal would be to give everyone on both teams an advantage another point I would like to bring up to support these changes is anyone on ally team has a turret to protect them from enemies but jgers dont these changes will make the game easier for both teams aswell as add in new strats, let me know what you guys think about these ideas I hope people who have this same issue could add to my ideas thanks for taking the time to read this-Shawn Arthur

Why don't you invade his JG and get the advantage over him, instead of him getting it over you.

Don't sit waiting by the buff. Go out to one of the bushes next to the river and wait or ward it to see if the enemy shows up. Always request a leash, good teammates you don't have to ask.

Getting camped sucks. But if they're camping they're missing out on the rest of the map, its probably an expensive strategy unless it pays off quickly. Think about where you're getting countered most often and at what time point from game to game. Approach that site with caution, from a direction you wouldn't normally take. You could try switching up your route a bit, and not just heading to the next most accessible and probable camp. Take a pause from farming to get vision out. Don't sleep on getting the scuttler crab. Team should place appropriate wards and making adjustments the minute you start to smell counter jungle. Place wards where you'll want to go, not just to protect laners. Ganking or roam pressure may cause him to reveal himself to assist lane, and you start working the other side of the map, and stay diametrically opposed. Keep moving. Apply gank to pressure lane, you don't have to go all in but let them know you're watching for them to push too far. Harass them just enough to get them back to base. The more you hurt them, the more they'll have to focus on lane and less on you. If you get your first buff stolen or you get killed in the first 5 minutes its possible to recover, but your laners should probably play safe for the next 10-15 mins until you get some farm to avoid the snowball.

Ward so you can see them and either avoid them or have your team collapse on them. An out of place buff to weaker early game junglers is not a viable solution for you lacking the knowledge to survive early invades.
