Icon on Skin Shard

I opened up a hextech chest and got Red Riding Annie, however it has a little icon on the bottom left and I am unsure of what it means. Could anyone tell me?

That means it's a Legacy skin :3

Legacy, Epic (1350), Legendary (1820) and Ultimate (3250) skins all have a little symbol in the corner on their icons showing that they are worth much more then the regular level skins (390/520/750/975)

Not all skins are created equal. Some are worth more than others. I'm guessing that's similar to the Epic Skin Shard icon I had on Haunted Zyra.
