leaving ARAM champ select

Look I understand, you didn't get the champ you wanted. I get it, you have no re-rolls. I totally feel ya when you don't have anyone to trade with... SUCK IT UP its ARAM for a reason, you dont get to choose your champ. Ruining it for everyone else is not the answer, leaving champ select so the game gets disbanded is not the answer. The correct answer is PLAY THE HAND YOU WERE DEALT, that's what everyone else is doing.

I think there should be strict leave penalties, maybe make it cost IP to leave a game. The queue times are already long enough, I don't want to wait any longer just because your too good to play the champ you were randomly given... You want to have a choice in the champ you play, then you can go play normals.
