Soraka needs heal reductions or less spammable heal

Ok as the title states. Soraka is healing for too much while creating 15% bonus stats for free. This is pretty much what soraka was doing at one point in the game that riot strictly said they do not want her to be doing and now not only is her w pretty much how it was before it is spammable low c/d, compared to the long c/d it used to have which people claimed it was broken and even riot agreed. So this doesn't really make sense to me that you would bring something back you purposely removed in the first place.

Also i get it there is heal reduction items in the game, but early game and most of mid game your teammates besides the mid player won't have these items and the heal reduction on the new ad item only effects that players healing not the healing someone like soraka does .

Soraka can't handle item 3123 as she uses her Q for sustain... You can drain her quite quickly.

I am not taking about soraka healing herself. Thank you for your useless post. You seem to not understand that its about the W not the q healing on soraka. That is fine. Its the healing she brings to her teammates. So the item you listed does nothing to actually stop the healing soraka does. Only counter early game to her healing is ignite which is only good for a all in and you can still fail that and have no more measures against her til the ap mid gets morellos and ganks, which you may not even have a ap mid in this meta.

Soraka sacrifices health to heal others. If you limit her ability to heal herself, you limit her ability to heal others.

item 3123 limits her Q which stops her sustain, and doesn't let her spam her W because she doesn't have the HPs to sacrifice. All you have to do is poke her twice and she's shut down from healing. You are welcome for my awesome advice!.

explain how you going to get in ranged to use that on her since she stands behind 4 people unless your maybe twitch. Other then that you aren't. Also explain why is the adc going to rush 800g for a item that only works for sorakas q heals. Soraka doesn't even care if she lands the q cause that is what hp potions and hp regen is for. Your posts are always the same. Full of trash like you.
