I have to go with Miss Fortune. Her ult is SO underpowered for an ADC. Unless you are standing right next to her, the damage is laughable. Especially considering it roots you in place for the duration and makes you a primary target.

Literally nothing good about it. She can't get it off without killing herself until she gets item 3157 , and even then people just walk out of it then walk right back in to kill you and whoever you were supposed to be protecting.

It needs to be reworked. I think it should have the same initial range to attach the tethers, and then the tethers stay on the enemy unless they get 1000 range away. That way you can actually use it to make people break off of you while you zone or retreat.

You can't realistically use it to get away most of the time. It will cancel if you take damage. It is only good because it has a very short CD so you just get back out there a bit faster.

I don't really play Rek'Sai. It can't be used in the same was teleport to just run away while face-tanking though.

kha ult always an escape as well as resets his passive giving more dmaage. idk what your talking about. most worthless ults is udyr since he has no ult. literally all skills can be leveled 5 times but i guess his fire stance is c9ounted as an ult? so then the switching ults

I would have to say Taric's at the moment. It's so shiny, but nobody is stunned by how fabulous it is. Seems like it's not working as intended.

Shyvana 's ult is the only long CD mobility ultimate in the game that can be interrupted by knockups. Adding that to the fact that she only has 1 bit of CC makes it a bit underwhelming. Not bad but... Underwhelming...

However the changed abilities are pretty good. It's only the active that feels a bit weaker than other champions' like Hecarim and Vi

That's really hard to say, as most ultimates are named so for a reason. If I had to choose, I'd go with Jayce/Elise; both their ultimates are pretty underwhelming (with Jayce's being such a bad one that it was integrated into his kit for free)

I don't think champions like Jayce Elise Udyr Nidalee count since they get a second ability at level 1.
