New HUD Question

I'm not sure if this will be read by any Riot employee but I figured to give it a shot. I think the new HUD that you all are preparing for the main client is outstanding in my own personal opinion, however, this little nitpick isn't based on me it's based on a friend of mine.

For the year and a half I've been playing League I've met this outstanding person that I always duo queue with. He has become one of my closest friends and I couldn't have asked for a better friend. He has an issue with his eyes though which has caused him to go blind in his left eye and have very poor eyesight in his right, regardless he plays excellently. I'm usually his eyes on the Rift. I help him with things he can't see due to having just the one eye and I help guide him if he can't find where the action is taking place. We have a very healthy relationship. However, the issue at hand is the new HUD. To me, I can see everything clearly and it's neater - to him, he can hardly read the HUD. If he tries to focus too hard on it he gets a massive headache and he has stated before that he may need to cut his League time drastically when the new HUD is up if he can't read it. I really don't want my best friend and partner to leave me.

So, this is where I ask you Riot. Are you are able to extend the HUD scaling for people who have disabilities with their sight so they can read the HUD a bit more clearly?
