Match History Visibility

Hi, Just curious about people's opinions on the new match history visibility. According to 5.9 patch notes, normals games will now not be public in a summoner's profile. This seems weird to me because many people primarily play normals and their history will just be blank, like mine. And I don't know why ranked is public while normals isn't. Maybe I'm the only one who thinks this way, what do people think?
