no key fragments

i played around 15 games and still no key fragments

my friends got key frags and im not

is this a bug or a bad luck. please help me riot

Only have a chance for key fragments on wins, and the fragment drop chance decreases with each one you get per ~30 day period. I believe theres a cap of 12 fragments per ~30 day period.

15 cap. 3 frags for each chest.

Was under the impression the limit was intended to coincide with the maximum number of chests one could get per month (i.e. 4)?

Is there riot confirmation on the cap somewhere?

ill break it down like this , if you got your 1st chest on the 1st of this month {friday} , you would get 1 for each following friday so you would get 1 on these days

1 , 8 , 15 , 22 , 29 , that's 1 a week. I might b wrong but im pretty sure thats how it works.
