Anonagon1 votesNo There are both gameplay and thematic reasons for Violent Tendencies to be passive Thematically, its in the name. Kled has violent tendencies, he can't control himself. He just wants to kill, and doesn't care if its a minion or champion he's wailing on. In gameplay, being a passive allows it to be as ridiculously strong as it is. Seriously, its 150% attack speed, its insane. If it were something he could always save for the enemy champion, it would have to be much weaker. It creates interesting laning patterns and windows of power, and makes playing against Kled much different than playing against someone like Fiora whose steroid is an active.
