veigar....

So i often play aginst veigar, and you know the story. No matter what lane i am what champ i am if the game gets to 40 min i will lose i have just played 2 ranked games 1 withe full sion tank and then withe sivir adc and both had veigar mid hwo was so bad erly game we gott all theyr inhib towers, it was equal withe drakes but then veigar hit that point (it was the same scenario in both games) i am full tank sion and he just melts me like im soroka withe items that give me -hp and -mr. and in the sivir game the last teamfight he trys to stun me i block it withe my e natutils sunt me i qss ulted and run. I heal me and a lee sin i am at 80% hp and then veigar just flash ulted and BOOOOM it did 1600 dmg and its so frustreting and its not like i can just buy mr items as an adc i mean1 or 2 but he will still kill me. riot plzzz for the love of my elo nerf veigar,idk how you can do just do it if you have to make him ussles do that but this is not fair
