Try going with the ruby sightstone instead of the eye of the watcher. As a support in this meta you're gonna be building a lot of active items so it helps a lot. Especially once you have locket and redemption. Low elo games are all clown fiestas and you're gonna be grateful for the extra heals, shields, and wards.
Also you should be placing at least twice the number of wards that you are right now. I'm gold and i regularly place around 30-40 wards. High elo might place more but that's the number for me. Also you need more control wards.
Literally ALWAYS have baron and herald warded.
If you did ok in lane and you're at least level 6, roam to try and help mid and top.
The game is about one thing and one thing only. Killing their nexus! The next thing that helps you do that is inhibitors. After that it's towers. Then anything that helps you take towers should be your next priority. Basically get those towers asap!
Idk if this is good advice or not but sometimes try building banner of command if your team needs to stall a game out or if you need help dealing damage to towers get a zzrot. Both are within a support budget and can help close out games or stall them out depending on what you need. These items also synergize with ruby sightstone.
