Heimerdinger or Ezreal

I bought both these champions because they looked awesome, Ive played before on both and do well on the aspect but I do mostly 5v5 and want to focus on one so I can get as much practice at one to become better suited for ranked. however I play one and love it then play the other and still love it but I cant get a feel for which one Is better? which one would be a more wanted player in ranked etc. any advice would be helpful.

I'm weird. I learned AP Ezreal mid first, and now I'm working on learning ADC Ezreal. Still, I think it's slightly advantageous to me, because in the end it means I'm going to know Ezreal inside out and backwards, and be able to use him as a flex pick.

I think this is really your preference. There are people that think both are bad, and there are people who think both are good.
