Get stuck with terrible people with terrible attitudes, the best way to deal with the situation is to leave. Leave the game and have to suffer through low priority queue so you don't have to deal with rabid twelve year olds. OR Play with terrible players with bad attitudes, get toxic, wind up permabanned. This is gaslighting and counterculture. This is not a high quality gameplay mechanic that helps people learn how to work better as a team. Some people just will not bend or have a decent attitude. Whats it gonna be? You going to fix the player base or just punish us for not playing their game?

Best way to deal with situation is actually mute them, then play with them and not get toxic, get promoted, acquire shiny rank, and bathe in the adoration of your preferred gender as they praise you for your skills.
