Custom game * Adding one more option *

Hello dear players.

I have one suggestion/idea that would be really helpful. I was thinking about adding like one more option to Custom games that would enable to have all champs and maybe skins unlocked so custom tournaments would be much easier for new or regular players that do not have every champion unlocked. That feature would help in champion select so they can pick champions for their teammates.
