Grades as jungle and what does, and should, affect them?

I recently played a jungle game where I got a C+ and went 8/7/2. Not the best score line but I had total neutral buff control. I stole one elemental drake and solo'd the other four in the game, two barons, and an elder drake. My point is that I feel like a big part of a jungler's responisbility is neutral buff control. It can decide games more so then dying three times to an already fed rengar, which happened in the game mentioned before. So basically my question is whether or not neutral buff control affects grades and if it doesn't then why not? I can't imagine it would be that hard to attempt to program. The game can already detect who assisted in the neutral buff kill via kill feed. The game also already gives out grades differently for a champ depending on their locked in role, or atleast I have been led to believe that. Anyone able to clarify whether or not neutral buffs affect grading, because I honestly do not feel like it does when it should. Any input or opinions would be awesome to hear.

Good question, I have been experimenting with this a bit in all my games, I have had some games with hecarim where I have went 23/ 3/8 and got no S, went 20/3/13 still got no S. And in each of these games I had hit my 100+ farm withing the 20min period, and had gotten every dragon and grabbed baron before the end of each game. And still no S.

As a jungler I have noticed that securing objectives such as Dragon/Baron/Turret Kills they do impact your grade, but after 30mins passes it seems all that matters is your kda and farm. Weird but I have experimented alor with it and have been scoring some S ranks.

Conclusion: Yes it does Effect your Grade, but After 30 mins, pretty much does nothing for you.

If you have any questions or you are confused about anything just ask, will be more than happy to answer ;)
