unknown error during log in.

Friend is getting the usual unknown error during log in, a trouble ticket has been issued. He can aram and all but his friends list is uh oh hot dog.
While we're waiting for the issue to be fixed. Found a work around. Setup a party game, click invite, type in your friends name and send invite. This will get em into every game, Just ya have to do it every time until the fix is made.
