Was the new champion select superposed to go live today at 11 EST time? Because I read on the launcher as one of the patch notes and I was wondering if that was true.

I'm curious about this. It should had been launched this morning, but I don't see any posts talking about it.

Patch goes live at 3 am Pacific (roughly 15 mins. from now). It'll be live in a few hours-ish (or sooner).
