Missing a champion token after getting an S-

I got an S- with yasuo at the same time i hit level 5 mastery and it said i got the token but it never showed up. Anyone else experience this? item 3070

No it say's Prove your mastery i was thinking the same when i got 5 on a S-/S/S+ game you dont get a token it just shows you that you can go higher.
