Taking out mana pots?

taking out mana pots? lets make renny, shyv, riven, gnar, vlad and rengar the only played top laners! its ridiculous already that they dont have to leave lane because they are out of mana. (for those who do use mana, you cant safely farm without risking losing a trade and or not escaping a gank) health may be even and the trades are fair and farm is even but when you run out of mana and they are building their gnar bar or ferocity or whatever else its thoroughly unfair. at least shen, akali, leesin, and rumble they can at least be energy blocked or over heated to prevent spellcasts. but its one of the main reasons i dont like top lane because champs that arent hindered by mana or energy capping are FAR too lopsided. maybe its just me but i doubt it.
