UM WTF XIN ZHAO RITO

I have been playing since Season 3 and never once felt the need to complain about a champ until this shit that rito pulled with xin zhao like holy mary mother of god i get insta deleted as soon as he jumps on me and fights through 3 full health players and lives at level 5 i haven't seen this broke of a champ since well honestly i have no clue. like riot sits hear and preachs counterplay but the only counterplay to this roll your face across your keyboard and win champ is fucking ban him wtf is this i just don't understand the logic at all.
