Can we go ahead and nerf Orianna through mana costs? She gets to spam all abilities early lane.

It's almost as bad as Lux, honestly. Orianna is like the ideal champion which does everything well and has no downsides. I think it's time that she gets hit in her easy-mode playstyle by making her be more selective with her harassment and shielding mechanics. Thanks!
