Banning your own team's hero picks = un-necessary grief and toxicity. Remove that option, please!!

In team select, you now get to see what hero each member of your team is planning on playing.

A toxic person can then ban the hero you have planned, just to be annoying and troll.

I've had this happen to me numerous times. Which usually devolves into verbal disagreements among teammates and setting a toxic atmosphere for the entire game. Which results in misery for everyone, rather than fun.

A simple solution?

Make it so that YOUR team can't ban any of the (up to) five heroes that your team has pre-selected as preferred champions. This eliminates the chance of toxic play with basically no down side.
