I've tried this, and I didn't hate it! I think it's kind of a niche pick, and after sej's nerfs it's a little harder to pull off. But it's a fun non-meta pick that can take people by surprise. I think it would work well against less mobile ADCs.
Yeah I do this quite often, an even Sejuani Top.
Reasons being, is that her Passive is REALLY great against ADCs. And the natural tenacity from her passive allows her to stick well to people she chase. Her ult can stun SEVERAL champions, and followed with a Max E is like watching champions move in slow motion. It also helps that her W does HP% damage too.
I would recommend building her as Engage tank more than anything. Eye of the Guardian, Rightous, Randiuns, Spirit Visage, Ironlocket, Ionian boots. IN most cases. But she does EXTREMELY well as a flex pick. As they don't know where you go with her outside of jungle.
I wouldn't think off the top of my head that the pick would be utterly terrible
But I would think to myself "Why not just go Leona?"
This pick is great as support. And for those that say why not just go Leona. I stomp Leona's with this pick.
