things noticed about ekko

Ok, now I know my opinion/view doesnt matter, Im not a high ranked player. I hate playing ranked, it takes the FUN outa the game. Recently Riot introduced the most unballanced facerole champ in recent history, Ekko. Now i know that the gold and plat players are going to tell me to learn to play but let me explain. This character can basicly tank a team then stun and kill them all then heal himself almost back to full life. He doesn't need fed, he can farm from a safe distance because of the range on his Q. last time i checked he was a melee spell caster. if this is true why can he out range almost anyone he faces at mid? there is very little anyone can do to counterplay him because the cooldowns on he AMAZINGINGLY HIG AP SCALING skills are so short. Now i mainly play support so i don't see him much in early game but by mid when i see him, EVERY GAME, he can burst down anyone he sees then run away. Many ekkos dont even take flash or ghost to try to get away because they admit that they dont need it with him. the game can kinda stil be balanced IF there are 2 Ekkos of remotely similar skill but if there is only one Ekko being played that team WILL win unless someone is trolling on Ekkos team. PLEASE RIOT, Fix this guy, he has a really fun play style but he is SOOOOOOOOOO unbalanced. So much so that he makes the Original version of Jinx look tame.
