How do i get to gold quicker?

last season i was silver 3 in soloq and this season i started at silver 4 and for some reason it took me ages to get out of silver 4 but now in silver 3 its more easier with better team and less toxic people. i play jgl/top mainly jgl if i'm serious and kha zix my one trick and my second option kayn and i also started top soon learnt how to lane with my mate i play nasus top and sylas depending on match up and sometime yasuo, is there any tips to make my khazix/kayn jgl better for rank and are they good pick for me to go gold quick or should i switch to another jgl? an i have an issue where when i fall behind i can never get back besides nasus how to you get back up with assassins?

You should Keep both Kha and Kayn. I think the best way to improve is to watch Streamers that make tutorials on those videos, just make sure the video you are watching is on more or less the same jungle patch. (Thanks riot for changing jungle 3 times every season)

I wish just one time they changed minions 3 times in a season and the last-hitting, xp and tower damage to minions was different just so that laners can understand how stupid it feels to have to re-learn your role. Seriously, csing hasn't changed in 10 years but jungle has changed maybe 25 times.
