Should akali have healing built in to her kit.

Here in the trash that is bronze we don't come across akali very much but every time I see one she absolutely dumps on the entire team. I was thinking why does she have a passive heal. All the other assassins don't . It makes it really hard to kill her especially when she is ahead. The akali I just went up against literally carried her team with one man down across the victory line. She was in on every kill. It was like something out of a horror movie. All of us dying one by one as it becomes harder and harder to burst her down when she heals for over a 100 ever other auto and deals more damage than a meteor the size of New Jersey
So it begs the question should akali have a heal ?
