New skins, the latest and greatest.

I'm not sure where to begin but I'm noticing a lot of effort that's being poured into all the new skins and their chromas. I feel like the quality of some of the 1350 skins really outshine the much of the current legendaries. On top of that there's been a giant influx of 1350 skins for a majority of 2017.

I also find that some of the voices for the latest legendary skins aren't as extensive as I've hoped. PROJECT: Vayne being one of them as she does not say anything pertaining to her item purchases much like Pulsefire Caitlyn or PROJECT: Ashe.

With the new lunar revel themed skins coming out there are now voice lines tacked on to what chroma you equipped.

That's not to say the 1350 skins are bad. By all means the quality of skins in general have been nonstop fantastic but the line between what makes a skin epic or legendary becomes blurry. It's almost as if they need to become their own skin category.
