Really should reclassify skarners ult

Skarner is a must pick ban in lCS and most games right now and it's cause his ult is literally "take the enemy players hands off they keyboard and drag them into their death". As it is classified as a suppression it cannot be cleansed yet is shares almost none of the same characteristics of other supression (malz and warwick). Skarner can still move and his q and w yet with both malz and warwick they are in effect stunned themselves by their own ults. Because of this fact I feel that his ult is far more similar to a stun than a suppression, (meaning that things such as cleanse should work on it and tenacity should effect it). Though I feel like this is not a perfect solution skarner needs to be nerfed in some way as again he is one of the top picks in any game and I feel that this sort of thing makes the most sense.
