AFK in ranked

So, Im sure im not the only one who feels this way, but recently i have been playing a lot of ranked trying to rank up, and i am not that great, i understand that. What i dont understand is that when i play a game, try my absolute hardest and get 21 lp and feel like a champ (bronze 3, yeah i know) the very next game as soon as we get into game we get two people, lobbied together, who wait until they clear their first wave/camp, then immediately leave the game. Now i dont know what im supposed to do in this situation as it is, because we no longer can remake, and apparently, they felt they needed to exploit the remake and make everyone else suffer. I wouldnt mind as much, except for the fact that i lost 16 lp and a person on the enemy team was promoted for doing absolutely nothing. They didnt earn their rank, they didnt use their skill, they just piggybacked to their rank-up through our teams trolls, while i lost that lp that i had tried so hard to get. I guess riot doesnt care about afks. Or their player base for that matter, because honestly, this isnt the first time it has happened to me and im sure its not the first time its happened to you guys either.
