Because it has very little to do with KDR. It also accounts for wards, objectives taken, farm and then compares you to other people playing that same character. Somewhere out there, there's probably a Caitlyn that went 10/5/13, but had double your objectives, wards and 100-200 more farm and got an S.

The ryze 0/23 looks a little suspicious.. Also how many towers/objectives did you take? How much damage did you deal? etc?

I believe play rates have something to do with it. Popular champions are a bit more difficult to get an S on.

Caitlyn is the 6th most popular ADC. Sejuani is sitting at 21st in junglers.

What's the story with that Ryze though? Why does his amount of deaths exactly match your amount of kills?

Farm more, perhaps. Nearly 40 minutes in the game and you don't have 200 farm yet. That could be something to improve on.
