Riot, please give abilities to mute in-game sounds toward joke, taunt, laugh, and mastery icon

Riot, please give us the ability to mute mastery icons as well as champion joke, taunt, and laugh in game. It can get really annoying that someone on either team can spam these things in game and do it all game long. I know they want to do this to try to annoy the other people in the game to throw their game play off by making them mad. It just seem that reason is one to not make the game enjoyable for others while the one person is enjoying making others mad. I would be greatly appreciate it, if you could add a function in in-game settings to mute the sound for these actions. I would just like to have it to where u could mute these sounds while having other sounds playing.
