Dreamed about a new not Keystone Mastery for Bruisers and Tanks

I just dreamed of a nice Mastery for Bruisers/Tanks (not keystone), it was a short slow after you CCd someone and the strength of the slow scaled on Bonus HP.

In my dream were no numbers but i thought of like a 2-3 seconds slow on a 9-12 seconds cooldown.
