Ekko's passive and shields

Ekko's movement speed he gets from his passive is not needed due to all of his other abilities giving him stuns, slows, and dashes plus his annoying ultimate. Also, the shields he gets need to be scaled down some so that he doesn't seem so tanky whenever he doesn't even buy tank items or you can just take the shields Ekko gets out of his kit because its over powered to have with his ultimate. I request that Riot please nerf Ekko in the next patches. Thanks
