Nerf Leblanc again please

Riot didn't nerf her damage. I suggest -1 base damage on all spells.

She will become something that is never played in a few weeks after the current live patch hits LCS and no one is playing LeBlanc.

At first I thought she was really clunky with the missile speed change, but I find it alright now, you just have to be more careful about when you use it. Also I find hitting chains to be almost exactly the same. Just that sometimes when I throw out a horrible chain, it won't magically attach to my opponent anymore. Anyway, I play AD Leblanc top lane, so I was hoping they would just gut her Q scaling or base damage since it's pretty much useless to me.
