Fixing Aram

first of all i wanna clear that my experience with aram was always meh, you win 3 games in a row you get low winrate champions with lower mmr teammate vs diamond-ish skill players with a lazy easy aram win champion, you lose the opposite happens and this go on

why aram not real random instead of winrate champ target, even champions with debuff / lower dmg dealt / higher damage taken still wins also the mmr doesnt consider skill or ranked since i always get to land vs diamond players with silvers/gold after a 5 win streak games

please fix aram and make it great again
