KEEP THE MANA POTION

On a slightly more serious note, the main point of the mana potion is that its an investment akin to a ward to an extent. The sustain is less detrimental than its counterpart the health potion since it doesn't give more staying power directly. The mana potion is also a ok bandaid solution for the problomatic matchups of the high resource usage vs the resourceless problems that often come up (eg: J4 vs Rengar). Since Riot isn't the fastest of balancers, the removal of this item could prove problematic for champions that are under the radar, ignored, or just don't have a fixed mana regen or mana regen item that is promised to replace the removal of the potion. I am aware that the nature of the mana potion is that it is a crutch for those who don't manage their mana optimally, but for me personally it really adds an option for me to play another style on a champion who would normally be crippled by their mana problems especially in the early game, where a lack of mana will mean being pushed out since you will be unable to trade favourably when forced to.
